Job Description:
3D Cabinets by Design is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all daily operations, including the ordering of supplies, inventory management, quality control, and logistics distribution. Also supervise and oversee all employees including installers and the warehouse management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production efficiency and maximize profitability
Supervise and coordinate the work of the, warehouse, and installer teams
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for installation.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing, construction industry or wholesale or retail industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of inventory management, planning, and quality control processes.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
